This bean dip is sooooo good. It is easy to make and is always a hit. I make it for my Super Bowl party each year and it is always gone before half time!! Two cheeses and refried beans are baked with mild spices to create a creamy dip. Serve with tortilla chips.

Use prepared baking mix and pesto to make a quick and easy pesto-flavored pancake for an herbal-flavored brunch treat.

Sliced carrots are glazed in a buttery brown sugar sauce for a colorful, crowd-pleasing side dish.

Scallops are baked into individual packages with Gouda cheese and served with a creamy lobster sauce. This is a very rich dish, a little goes a long way! Served as a side dish or an entree, this is my favorite recipe and always gets rave reviews.

This is a great, flavorful way to prepare grits. You can also use mild sausage and less or no hot sauce if you prefer not to have the extra spice.
